Gentlemen: your Committee on Sewers to whom was referred the petition of E Lobe for the extension ofthe sewer already laid to the Corner of 4th and Olive Sts to the Cor of 4th and Virginia Sts beg to rerpot that the extension referred to would conform the system which would probably be adopted and although not an immediate necessity will become so within probably 60 days. We therefore recommend that said petition be granted and said sewer constructed as soon as practicable.
