Gentlemen:- In the matter of the petition of the Seattle Seminary for a roadway from Fremont to the Seminary, the Board of Aldermen recommend that the petition be granted on the understanding, that the city furnish as much old lumber as can be spared in assisting to make the improvement asked for.
