Gentlemen, The accompanying petition of N.D. Wood and some two hundred and fifty (250) others for the completion of a road along the northern shore of Lake Union from the former city limits to Fremont is respectfully transmitted to your Hon Body with favorable recommendation By order of the Board F.W.D. Holbrook Secy

condition that it is of no benefit to the public whatever. Wherefore, your petitioners would pray that your Honorable Body would cause said roadway to be completed, and thereby furnish to the public in general and to your petit
