Referred to Finance Comtee From James Dougan for cancelling tax title to Lots 9 & 12 of Block 66 A A Dennys plat.Referred to Atty From A M Jonassen for an appropriation to indemnify for loss by fire. Referred to Atty From {{A McKenzie]] for permission to carry on Colportener work in the City without a license Granted
