Noticeof Election Notice is hereby given that an election will be held in the Town Hall in Columbia on Wednesday December 28th A D 1892 for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of the Territory described below the question of the incorporation of said territory as a town of the fourth class to be known as 'The Town of Columbia" The territory which it is proposed to Incorporate is bounded and described as follows no : "Commencing at the south east corner of section 16 T 24, R 4 running thence west 40 rods, thence south 1/2 mile, thence east 40 rods, to the S E Corner ofthe N E 1/4 of section 21, T 24, R 4, thence north 40 rods thence east 80 rods, thence south 40 rods to the S W corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 22.
