Gentlemen: YOur petitioner the undersigned and owners of the property, appearing opposite our respective names, such property being and lying within the hereinafter proposed "Local Improvement District", and the same being subject to assessments in proportion to the benefirs derived by the improvement herein proposed, do hereby respectfully petition your Honorable Body to establish a "Local Improvement District", as provided by law, for the grading and parking of the following streets in the City of West Seattle, to wit: Olympic Avenue, from Wittlesey Street to Spencer Street. Vashon Avenue, from Spruce Street to Battery Street Columbia Avenue, from Spruce Street to South Street Haller Avenue from Spruce Street to South Street Lewis Street from Dorffel Avenue to South Street Turner Street from Heisz Court to South Street Ferry Avenue, from Prince Street to South Street Princess Street, from Sunset Avenue to South Street Elorus Street, from Southline of Hughe's Addition to the Northline of Hughe's Addition. Spruce Street, fron Haller Avenue to Sunset Avenue Neisz Court, between Eastern and Western limits thereof Bayview Street, from High Street to Elorus Street Prince Street from California Avenue to Elorus Street Alga Street, from Princess to the Western City Limits Prichard Street, from Princess Street to the Western City limits. And that such improvements be made under a five year installment plan and the the same are assessments charged against the lots and parcels of land abbuting and fronting on the streets so improved within said "Local Improvement District", to be piad up in five equal annual installments, that five year "Local Improvement Bonds" be issued against said District as provided by law, to defray the cost thereof.
