757 COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SEATTLE Mar 5 1886 From G Kellogg chief of Fire Department for quarter ending Feb 20th read and referred to Committee of Fire & Water Committee Reports received From the Committee on right of way of Beach Road reporting progess, read and on motion laid on the table On motion it is ordered that no work be done on Beach Road until right of way is secured.
