Fort Worth, Texas, May 18 1900

Be it Resolved Whereas Taxes amounting to $887.00 appear on the books of the Assessor & Collector for years 1894 to We, Your Committee 1899 imclusive against Lots 13 & 14 Block B5 Daggetts Addition belonging to the estate of J.B. Rector, deed And whereas during all of said years said property was occupid by the City as a Central Fire Station under a lease the consideration in which was a rental of $25.00 per month, and exemption from City Taxes.

Therefore, Be it Resolved That the City Assessor & Collector be and he is hereby instructed to cancel said taxes on his books for each and every one of said years.

Be it Resolved, Whereas the Finance Committee has arranged to purchase $5000. City of Fort Worth Six percent We, Your Committee bonds @ 103 and $8000.00 of same bonds at $103 1/2 and accrued interest.

Therefore, Be it Resolved That said purchases be confirmed that the Mayor and City Secretary be instructed to draw warrants in payment for same on vouchers duly approved by the City Auditor and Finance Committee.
