That there be annually paid by each member of this
association six shillings, to be appropriated for the
benefit of [?] association as they may judge
necessary & most advantageous , & that the first
payment be made at their semiannual meeting
in May next.

3. That the next meeting be at Ames' Tavern Dedham
on [?] Monday in [?] at 10 o'clock A.M.

At a meeting of the Suffolk Medical Association at
Ames's Tavern in Dedham on Monday May
[?] 1788. ~ Members present doctors Tufts, Shipps, [?], Shepard & Draper.

Voted to adjourn the said meeting unto the first
Monday in October next, then to meet at [?]
Hall in Dorchester at 10 o'clock A.M. &
it was accordingly adjourned.
