1. These shall be annually chosen by ballot of the slated meeting in May, a president, secretary, the counsellors and, if need be, a treasurer...

2. The election of the said officers shall be determined by a majority of the written notes, when Jen members are present and vote, and then a [letter?] number, present, I shall require two things of the votes to make a choice.

3. The duty of office of the president shall be to prefice in all meetings of the society and of the council, to maintain order and due objectivance of the rules & order of the [algorithm?] in meeting assembled, to state [motions?] when seconded to & to direct the secretary to call meetings [agreith?] to tho [Rudy?] of the association. - and he shall have an [equivote?] with the members of the council & society [affection?]

4. In the absence of the president, the counsellor [joint?] in age, shall preside - and [?] proven with the president

5. The duty of the counsellors shall be to prepare the [busi ness?] of future meetings, conclude & propose the best methods for advancing & bringing forward the [deligates?] of the association to examine all communication - this shall not be unethical however to preclude any members from laying before the socity any matters or proposing any regulations, or he shall think conducive to its benefit

During the [recess?] of the society, the council may direct the secretary in such medical correspondence as they shall judge necessary for the good of the society.

6. The secretary shall summon all meetings of the counc -il & of the society, and shall, if possible, attend all later meetings, take manually of and return the daring, of the fame, and as all meetings, shall read tho translate and of the meeting meeting, and such communications as many from time to time be made and shall [tuck?] and [heen?] file, all papers belonging to the society and shall hence an equivote with thi other member in all tho laid mee -tings

7. And whenever a treasurer shall be forced necessity and shall be shorten; It shall be his duty to recieve all [money?] united, and all donations, and the fame to carry out by order of the president agreable to the appropriations of the society

8. Whenever votes are taken, the majority of the vote of such are and present, shall be united as [decased?] and where provided to the [century?] is [muted?] by there regulat -ions

9. There shall be two [halted?] meetings of the society annually, [one?] on the first monday of May and the first monday of October preceeding which there shall, if necessary, be a meeting of the council, the time & place to be appointed by the president, and the time of day & place of the future meetings of the society shall be agreed upon [provided?] to the close of each meeting

12. Preview to the [admotion] of any new member, a proposal of [admotion?] in writing shall be made to the secretary, who shall lay the same before the council, and if by then approved of the secretary at the next meeting of the association will publish in and at any [unclear] meeting, he may be voted in by written Votes, provided there be majority of votes in his favor and seven members be present and it shall be the Duty of each member not to reveal the [Personal?] Name honored to be admitted to any [unclear] other than to a member of the Society, [unclear] that shall be had [unclear], only the people of the [Person?] shall generally obtain an [admotion?].

13th- and if any member flaunts victorious by disgrace himself by flagrant [aborjes?] of his naval [unclear], he may, from [unclear] victorious thereof. before the whole [unclear] be expelled. provided there be a [momentary?] vote against him.
