A Record of the Transactions of [?] Council of the Suffolk Medical Association. Monday [?] October 1787 A meeting of the major part of the Council. Voted 1st unanimously, to recommend to the members of the Association to hole & particular diseases of each month that occur in the circles of each of their practice, & previous to each semiannual meeting, for each member to transmit an account thereof to the [?], that the same may be laid before the society.

2nd That doctor - mann of Wrentham is approved of as a candidate by the Council - for admission according to the institution of the society.

3rd Proposed to [?] Council, Doctors [?] both of Braintree, to become members of their Association by Doctor Wales. [?] th6 October 1788 A meeting of major part of Council [?] [?] were approved.
