The Pulse {it's frequency, hardness, obstruction,
strength, fullness, regularity

Skin {Dryness, sweating — constant, variable.
colour, flush'd, pale, red, uniform

Muscles {Tense, lax, contracted, spasm, subsultus

Eyes {Natural, sunk, pale, confused, bloodshot,
sharp, quick

Tongue {Natural, clear, furr'd, moist, dry

Appetite {Sickness, pain, flatulency, oppression,
contraction

Stools {Tense, regular, costive, consistance, colour

Urine {Transparent on evacuation, thick on
standing, forming a cloud, sediment
