I have forgot yout privat P.O box so I just put on Private Box, I hope you get this all right I am trying to eat a little better then I did but you dont have much choice here.

I am half lying down and half sitting up trying to write this letter I hope you can make it out and I also hope you can find time to write and tell me the Framingham [news?]

I am sending you a $5 check from the Friendly Visitors. Each month you will receive one. They are glad to do this in appreciation of you courage during your long illness and the recognition of the many hours of pleasure you have given others with your piano playing. Perhaps having a little money coming in regularly will make things a bit more comfortable.

I hope your legs are better but if you should need an operation our doctors now-a-days are so competent that we have no fears.
