The High Point Garden Club held a most
intersting meeting Feb 11, at the home of Mrs. J. I. Cox
with twenty-eight members and two visitors present.

The minister of the previous meeting were ordered
recorded to read.

The treasurer reported $17.30 on hand after paying
the luncheon bills.

After a discussion of plans for a joint meeting
of the garden club of High Point, the chair appointed
Mrs. A. S. Caldwell on the committee as "representative
from our club.

The Com. for making arrangement for the Regional
Flowers Show is composed of the following:

Mrs. H.A. Millis, Mid week Garden Club chrm.

Mrs. V. A. L. Idol H.P Garden Club

Mrs. R. H. Sechrest, Burbank Garden Club

Mrs. W. T Saunders, Goodwill Garden Club

The Club decided to bring the Farr Memorial
Traveling Library established by the American Iris
society to High Point for a month, the only expense
involved being the express charger.

A very appreciative letter from Mrs. Walker was
read and followed by a discussion of Garden Gossip, of
which she is editor. The membership seemed to favor
subscription of this magazine.

Mrs. C. F. Tomlinson was voted into associate member
