the State Year Book. Mrs A. E.
Tate volunteered to see Mr Clarence
Smith with regard to securing an
advertisement of [Vegero?].

The Pres. called attention to the
fact that a map of the City Park Planting
had been made & same had been ap-
proved by the Garden Club Council
of the City. She appointed Mrs F.
R. Taylor and Miss Effie Cox as
committee to confer with committees
from other garden clubs of High Point
with regard to proposed planting.

The Pres. then called for a
report of the Program Committee -
which is composed of Mrs W. C.
Idol Chrmn. Mrs. S. H. Tomlinson and
Mrs S. C. Clark.

Mrs Idol gave the following
recommendations from the committee

1. One meeting each month on
the second Tuesday.

2. Reduction of dues from $4.00
to $2.00.
