3. That the Year Books for 1931-1932
be typewritten.

4. That a permanent "Pilgrimage
Committee be appointed by Pres.

It was decided to vote on the
recommendation separately.

During the discussion of item
one Mrs. Idol explained that it was
so hard to find interesting material
for programs and also that so many
out side invitations were received by
the Club; the committee deemed
it wise to cut the meetings to once
each month. The club voted to
adopt this change.

After much discussion it was
moved seconded and carried that
the yearly dues be reduced to $2.00.
A balance of [69.10?] was reported at
this time by Mrs C. F. Tomlinson after
a telephone call to absent Treasurer.

By consent it was voted to leave
the typewriting or printing of Year Books
to the judgment of the committee.

Also by consent it was decided
to allow the Pres. to name
