"y" is written with a "." or "-" over it. Do we note that in the margin?

Do we need to treat "I", "j" as an abbreviation? or just transcribe as "un"? It's not the same as "gñt" for "grant," for instance.

the scribe writes "ymages" for "images." I don't think we should normalize it. Within reason, I prefer to leave the scribe's language.

I assume that we hit the tab "head" to transcribe a rubric. Also, I don't suppose we need to annotate the color, since rubric are by definition and etymology red.

Not sure how to indicate a miniature in the column. Nor where to incorporate a description of a miniature.

Also, how do we indicate a capital letter, either small or large?
