German Puffs

To 1 quart of milk put 7 eggs 10 table
spoons-full of flour & a small piece
of butter fill your cups rather more
than half full and bake them in a
quick oven 1/2 an hour

Anna's receipt Rice Pudding

Take 2 quarts milk and
boil resarving only enough
cold to mix 6 table spoons
of fine rice flour. which
is to be added by degrees
then beat to a cream 1/4
of Butter & 1/4 white Sugar
with 6 eggs beat very light
and outside of large sized
Lemon grated. Mix the whole
adding a few raisins and bake
3/4 an hour pretty quick oven
