I have the honor to enclose Disbursing a/c, vouchers, Power of Attorney, and a/c current for monies disbursed to the 20th of Sept 1865 on a/c of indebtedness incurred during the administration of Geo. M. Hanson as Supt of Indian Affairs. The a/c current shows a balance on hand applicable to the above a/c and [illegible?] the United States of $697.81 which balance will be made the subject of an early communication to the Dept at Washington.
