Sir,

I would most respectfully inquire if I have the authority to change the commissioned Agents from one reservation to another when I consider it for the interests of the service.

An occasion might arise when it would be advantageous to send an Agent commissioned for one reservation to some other one and I desire to be informed if I have the right to make such an exchange.
