success which has attended their "diligent
maintenance" among us has been so abundantly
demonstrated _ We readily admit that the
mental toil and heavy task imposed on one
occupying your position none can properly
estimate but those who have assumed it _
We therefore sympathize with you and
stand prepared to aid and relieve you in

making or "implying a charge of neglegence".
As representative of the congregation,
deeply interested both personally and
officially in its well being we have felt called
upon to express our own sentiments and what
we know to be theirs in this matter; and to
insist that deviation from what we have
been accustomed to expect, will be attended
with results prejudicial to the best interest
of the Church and Congregation.
