mental toil and heavy task imposed on one
occupying your position none can properly
estimate but those who have assumed it _
We therefore sympathize with you and
stand prepared to aid and relieve you in
any and every way in our power. And here
we beg leave to assure you that the action of
the Vestry in bringing this matter to your
attention has not been had in a spirit of
making or "implying a charge of neglegence".
As representative of the congregation,
deeply interested both personally and
officially in its well being we have felt called
upon to express our own sentiments and what
we know to be theirs in this matter; and to
insist that deviation from what we have
been accustomed to expect, will be attended
with results prejudicial to the best interest
of the Church and Congregation.
