Trustees _

The regular meeting of the Trustees, the same
being an adjournment of the meeting of and was held on Tuesday, , at ten o'clock a.m. ~

There were present the President and Messrs
Austin, Bowditch, John T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee,
Brewer, Livermore, Lovejoy, Rand, Sleeper and
Turner. _

The record of the Special Meeting was read,
and amended by the insertion of the following clause
at the bottom of the 312th page _ viz. "The testimony
referred to in the report was then read. ~

Amendt to By-Laws

It was then Voted to take up the Amendment
to the by-laws proposed at the last meeting.

Art. 3. Officers _ compensation _

Mr Rand moved as an Amendment to the pro-
posed Amendment of Article 3, to insert after the
word "designed" in the 2d paragraph, the words "or done;"
and, after the word "same", in the last line of said paragraph,
to insert the words - "or on account of any proprietor;"
which was adopted.

On motion of Mr John T. Bradlee, the amendt to
Article 3 as thus amended was adopted. _

Art. 7. Superintendent -

Mr Rand then moved the following amendts
to the proposed Amendments to Article 7.
