Voted, – that the above Report be accepted, and the
order therein recommended be adopted.

Catacomb Tomb on Lot of C. W. Freeland. Permission requested to erect.

A communication having been received from
Messrs Ware and Van Brunt, Architects, stating as the
agents of Mr Chas. W. Freeland, his desire to erect a
Catacomb Tomb on his Lot Nos 699 & 700, according to
designs prepared by said Ware and Van Brunt; and
asking permission to proceed with the erection; it was

Referred to Com. on Lots

Voted, – that said communication be referred to the
Committee on Lots.

Monthly Schedule of Bills referred to President.

A file of bills with accompanying schedule having
been submitted to the Board by the Treasurer, in compliance
with the requirements of the By=Laws; on motion of Mr Turner,

Voted, – that said bills be referred to the President for
his approval, and payment by the Treasurer if found correct.

Monthly Schedule of Sales of Lots appn by Com. on Lots; - acc. & placed on file.

A Statement of sales of Lot effected by the Superintendent
and approved by the Committee on Lots, to ,
having been read by the Secretary, prepared by him in compliance
with the requirements of the By=Laws, it was

Voted, – that the said statement be accepted and placed on file,

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest repre-
sentatives were designed for Lots as follows; viz;

deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Fourteen hundred and one
