A monthly meeting of the Trustees was held on Wednesday,
, at half past Three o'clock P. M.

Present, Messrs J. T. Bradlee, N. J. Bradlee, Brewer, Choate,
Little, Livermore, Perkins, Pickering and Turner.

Monthly Schedule of Bills referred to President

A file of bills with accompanying schedule having been
submitted to the Board by the Treasurer, in compliance with the
requirements of the By=Laws, and the schedule read by the President,
on motion of Mr Turner it was

Voted, – that the said bills be referred to the President for his
approval, and payment by the Treasurer if found correct.

Waterfowls. Better provision for their care & preservation asked for. Referred to Com. on Grounds.

A verbal statement was made to the Board by Dr. Brewer,
in relation to the insufficient accommodations provided for the
waterfowls belonging to the Corporation, accompanied with written
communications from the Superintendent on the subject. In
accordance with the suggeston of Dr. Brewer, and on his motion,

Voted, – that the subject of providing suitable structures and
appliances for the care and preservation of the waterfowls
owned by the corporation be referred to the Committee on Grounds
with full power
