Lot ^#1860 ([?] ([Gardner?]) is
worth about ^$600.

It can only be disposed of by yourself, or that
some agent not in employ of the Corporation. I
have lately noticed that [?] & Hazel 9 Congress St
Boston. has advertised several lots for sale, but do
not know how successful he has been.

The lot is now in good order. Working has been
done this year by your order, so that no charge stands
against you. The lot has been cared for & fence painted
at Mr Richardson's expense.
