named of the said trustees shall hold their office
for two years, and the next eight shall hold
their office for four years, and the next eight
names shall hold their office for six years
but their successors shall hold their office
for six years, and be elected by the remaining
trustees.

Section 6. That no person shall be eligible to
membership among said trustees unless he
shall be a member of a Baptist Church
That whenever any of said trustees above
provided shall die resign, remove their residence
to another state, refuse to act or shall fail
to attend the meetings of said trustees continously
for the space of two years the membership of
said trustee shall be considered vacant, and the remaining
trustees shall fill the vacancy

Section 7. That the said trustees shall have the
power to remove any one of their number for
improper conduct of which they shall be the
judges, provided the cause thereof shall be entered
upon their minutes, and provided further that the
accused shall have thirty days notice of the proceedure
and a majority of two-thirds of the members
present shall be necessary to effect such removal
and provided further that at such
trial a majority of the whole Board of Trustees
shall be present.
