Meeting was opened 7:30pm March 8.
Minutes of the preceeding meeting were read
and with minor corrections it was
adapted as correct.

Treasurer Taam read his notes showing
that there is $64.42 in the club treasury. It was
ratified with the motion of Mr. Chin and second
from Mr. Foy.

The president brought up the question that since
the putting up of the show would require a
few trips of the committee to San Francisco, whether
the club should pay the train fare or not.

Mr Taam made a motion that the club
pay the expenses, seconded by Mr. Chin. However
Mr. Chuck [?] brought up the objection that it was contrary to the [?] of the club to pay expenses.
Mr. Taam made an amendment to his motion
that the committe decides upon the person to
be sent to San Francisco on club affairs, and
that the train fare to be paid him from club treasury.

Treasurer Taam tendered his resignation to
be relieved of his office. The club approved the
resignation and in his place was elected Mr.
Chin by majority vote.

Cleaning the yard was brought up and it was
decided upon to have every member put in one
hour the following day. The meeting was adjourned
8:45 upon motion of Mr. Chuck.
