Wednesday, July 10, 1918

A good day. Had a sprinkle of rain this evening. Josie picked black berries this morning and made preserves this evening. Johnson Reynolds had his wheat thrashed to day. Ben helped. They thrashed at Marvins this evening. I helped Carrie get supper. Mrs Carr was sick most of the day is better tonight.
10 oclock
I had a letter from Mary Brumfield.
