Street by being run down by the City's Fire apparatus, the Public Safety
Committee to whom the matter had been referred reported in favor of the said
claim being paid by the City when the City Manager shall have verified the I
respective items of the claim.
Pursuant with the foregoing report the following resolution was unanimously
adopted and will be found on the Ordinance Book:
