Name of the Society
Article 1st This Society shall be called the Philo-Mathean Society
Section 2nd
Officers
Article 1st. The Officers of this Society shall consist
of a President, Vice President, Secratary [sic-Secretary],
and Treasurer, Editor, and As'st Editor (see March 24th/47.), Librarian and a
Standing Committee consisting of the
Vice President, and two others, elected for
the purpose.
Article 2nd All Officers of the Society shall be
chosen by ballot on the last Wednesday
of each term.
