Article 13th. When any question is before the Society, any member thereof, may move a previous question. "Whether that question (called the main question) shall now be first?" which motion being seconded, the dsicussion of the main ques-tion shall be suspended, and the debate con-fined to the previous question, which shall be in these words "Shall the main question be now first?" If it passes, in the affirmative, the main question shall be first immediately without amendment, alteration, or discussion.
Article 14th. A member may appeal from the decision of the chair to the Society, and the appeal shall be considered as sustained when approved by two thirds of the members present.
Article 15th. All motions made and seconded unless with-drawn shall be put to vote.
Article 16th. All ^regular [inserted in blue ink] meetings of the Society shall be holden on Wednesday of each week, at such hour as the Society may direct.
Article 17th. The Editor of the Mirror may criticise [sic] the performances of members, provided that in so doing he does not transgress Article 12th. of the By Laws of the Society and also the the columns of his paper are open for reply.
Article 18th. Two thirds fo the members of the Society shall constitute a quorum, a less number may adjourn.
