Article 12th The Secretary in his capacity as Treasurer
shall be held responsible for all money belonging
to the Society, and shall collect all
fines and assessments.

Article 13th It shall be the duty of the Secretary at the
expiration of the term for which he is elected to
present to the Society a written statement, containing
correct information on all subjects connected
with the duties of his office.

Article 14th The Librarian shall keep a Catalogue of all
Books belonging to the Library, and will be held
accountable for them.

Article 15th The Librarian shall present to the Standing
Committee a list of all books belonging to the
Library, lost or injured during the term, and
the names of the persons to whom said books were loaned.

Article 16th It shall be the duty of the Librarian at the
close of the term to present to the Society a
written report containing the number and condition
of the books entrusted to his care, and
also any other information connected with
the duties of his office which he may deem
interesting to the Society.
