Sargent is painting.

Last night I dined with the
Francis Buxtons & was taken to
Bernard Shaw's 'You never can tell',
which is very amusing. I had tea
with the Attorney-General at the House
of Commons & heard part of the debate.
I think it is very likely that I may
have to give evidence before the
War Scandals Committee.
