I wrote you a long time ago a letter
(that has never been returned) but was
betrayed by Whos Who into sending it to
13 Bryanston St so I conclude it may
still be mouldering there. It was an
appreciation of your recent remarks
on Representative Govt.

It was perhaps as well you kept
Johnnie J out of talking to Ure
with whom I thought JJ dined
once a week. Anyhow Winston
Churchill has intervened (not legally!)
& I hope for the best.
