& I think I have got my new Bureau
started on the right lines.

I left on Thursday night at 11 to
get to Boulogne at 9.30 am. yesterday
just in time to miss the morning boat.
I had to wait for 6 hours in that chill
& ugly town. Altogether travelling to
Paris is no joke nowadays, for nothing
runs in connection with anything else.
