The little Nelson boys are coming here on Wednesday
on their way from school, & going up by the night
train. We are immensely looking forward to Nan
to-morrow evening. I will meet her at the station with
a carriage. When does her train arrive?

We must get fairly busy looking for a country house. I
have my eye on one near Oxford.

We are all very well. How are you,
