My dearest wee Mother
This is winter fairly this morning. It is a cold thaw &
snowing hard. If the weather permits I will walk to Elsfield
in the afternoon. We are all very well. Yesterday I lunched with
Hodder-Williams & Doran, my American publisher. H-W is
longing to see Nan's new book. He says he doesn't see why the
"Setons" should ever stop selling. Susie & I dined in Oxford
