man should be proud in the future to
reflect that in the midst of a national
crisis the Prime Minister of the day, an Ex-prime
Minister and the Leader of the greatest party in the
land, and two of our first Statesmen in
respect of Foreign Affairs, were amongst the
small and privileged company who shared his
21st Birthday Celebrative feast. It was a
distinguished launching for him, and it
was kind of you to ask me to assist
