Greek Letter

Translation

[translation from Greek done in April 2024 by Kelly Matalon)

Thessaloniki, 06.12.1945

My dear Konstantin,

With great sadness we learned of the death of our beloved [unknown] and our nephew Dimitrios. It has been very sad for all of us and we cannot find any words to console you. Unfortunately we are so far away that we cannot be next to you at this moment. You have to remain well and enjoy your small daughter. From the doctor we heard about the engagement of Kalliopi and we wish her a happy marriage and we also wish Anastasia a good progress with her studies. We would like to hear their news, that would bring us a lot of joy, to know that the people we love so much are well. We are all sending kisses to Kalliopi and Anastasia. We are all sending you our regards.

With Love, Eleni
