deed of trust came into office for record November
1st, 1822, and recorded the 2nd day of November 1822
by his deputy.

fifty Dollars in full for a negro girl named
Phillis the right & title of said negro I do forever
warrant, and defend from all persons or persons
claiming or to claim to the said Flora Neel
wife of David Neel and to the heirs of her body
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
