[common] -- one set knives & forks -- one tea board -- one
looking glass, two large kettles one bell mettle kettle
one tea kettle -- frying pan, & three [rims] & beds three
pots -- one skillet & pot sacks, two pair of dog irons
one pair of waffle irons one sugar box -- one cradle
three split bottom chairs two pairs of pot hooks
one shovel two coffee mills two candle sticks
two pitchers & tea pot one spinning wheel also one
bay [mare], which said property the said Alfred
hereby conveys over to the said Dixon in trust for
the support and maintenance of the said Eudoria
Estill formerly Eudoria Henderson & her children
during the life of the said Eudoria and at her
death to be equally divided among her children --
reserving to the said Alfred the right at any time
during his life of making revoking this trust
in whole or in part & of disposing of said prop--
erty at any time after the death of his sister, The
said Eudoria to such of the children of his said sister
as he may think proper, and if the said Alfred
fails to make any such revocation the said [Trustee]
or his legal representatives may and is hereby
authorized to dispose of said property at any time
after the death of the said Eudoria among her chil--
dren or such of them as he thinks proper, and
the said trustee covenants to & with the said Alfred
that he will well and truly superintend take care
of & manage said property for the support and
maintainance of the said Eudoria during her life
and that he will in all things well and truly
execute the trust reposed in him.
In witness whereof the said Alfred Henderson & M. L.
Henderson Dixon have hereto set their hands and
seals the date above written

Franklin County } Then the foregoing deed of trust
from Alfred Henderson to Matthew L. Dixon for the
benefit of Eudoria Estill was duly acknowledged in
open court, and ordered to be registered Let it be registered
