An indictment having been found at the Fall
Term, 1857, of the Circuit Court of Shelby County, against Luke Fuller
for the offence of
selling spirituous liquor to a slave
you are therefore commanded forthwith, to arrest the said defendant and commit him to Jail, un-
less he give bail to answer such endictment; and that you return this writ according to law.
