proceedings pertaining thereto were conducted in
strict accordance with the requirements of
law and of the said decree of this Court; that
all of the land sold at said sale brought an
amount not greatly disproportionate to its
real value except the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 36,
Tp. 20, R 3 West bid off at said sale by John Raborn,
which from evidence presented appears to have
been sold for an amount greatly disproportionate
to its real value; that all the terms of said
sale were fully complied with so far as regards
all of the lands except the said SE 1/4 of NE 1/4
of Sec. 36, Tp 20, R 3 W--and that where
payments are deferred the purchase money is
sufficiently securied according to law and the orders
of Court--It is therefore ordered that the report
be approved and recorded--It is further ordered
that the said sale be and the same is hereby
confirmed as relates to the sale of all the said
lands described in said order of sale and report
of sale excpet as to the said SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of
Section 36, Tp. 20, R. 3 W It is further ordered
and decreed by the Court that the sale of the
SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 of Sec 36, Tp 20, R. 3 W. sold to John
Raborn be set aside and vacated on the ground
that it sold for an amount greatly
disproportionate to its real value, and the said
administrator is herby ordered to refund to the said
Raborn the purchase money so paid for said
land. It is further ordered and decreed that
said administrator proceed again to
advertise and sell said land, taking care to give
the notice provided by law, by posting at the
Court House door and three other public places
in the County for three successive weeks before
said sale, and to sell in front of the Court House
door in said County at the highest bidder for
one half cash and the balance on November 1st
1897, securing deferred payment as provided
by law--It being shown in said report that
J.D. Carter purchased at said sale the
SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 Sec. 36, Tp 20, R 3 W.
and paid the purchase money in
cash--it is hereby ordered by the
Court that the said Administrator
proceed to convey to the said J.D.
Carter all the right, title and
interest which the said James M.
