On this day came C.W.

{Order Setting} Josie Cromwell, } Probate Court
{day for Settlement} Jasper Cromwell, } Shelby County, Alabama,
Virgil Cromwell, } Regular Term
Wallace Cromwell } March 9th 1896
and } In the matter of the
Henry Cromwell } Settlement of the
Minors-- } Guardianship of D.R. Cromwell,
Estate of-- } Guardian of said minors

This day came Mrs D.R. Cromwell as
Guardian of the Estate and persons of said
minors, and filed her statement, accounts, vouchers
and evidences, for a final settlement of said
administration; and said statements &c having been
examined by the Court, and found apparently correct,
and being now reported for such settlement;
It is ordered that the matter of said settlement
be set for hearing on Monday the 30th day of
March, 1896, and that notice of the time and
nature of such settlement be given by publication
for three successive weeks in The Chronicle, a
newspaper published in Shelby County.

It is further ordered that W.F. Thetford be, and
he hereby is, appointed Guardian ad litem to
represent Josie Cromwell, Jasper Cromwell
Virgil Cromwell, Wallace Cromwell and Henry
Cromwell, the said minors, and to protect their
interests in such settlement, they being the
only minors interested--It is further ordered
that said W.F. Thetford have notice of said
appointment.--
