required, with Lucy A. Smith, H.H. Smith,
and W.G. Parker as his securities thereon, and
the Court, being now sufficiently advised
concerning said bond and said security, it is ordered
and adjudged by the Court that the said bond
be taken approved and recorded.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed
by the Court that Letters of Administration with
the Will annexed on thr Estate of said
deceased be granted to the said C.W. O'Hara and
that he be and hereby is authorized to
administer said estate according to the terms of
said will--It is further ordered that the said
C.W. O'Hara proceed immediately to collect and
take into his possession the goods and chattles,
money, books, papers, and evidences of debt of
the said deceased and make due return, under
oath, to this Court of a full inventory thereof,
within sixty days.

{Johnson Dec'd} Shelby County, } Regular Term, March 9th 1896
{Estate of--} On this day came CW O'Hara, administrator
of the Estate of James M. Johnson, deceased and
{Orders approving} presents to the Court his report in writing under
{and Confirming sale} oath, of the sale made by him under the decree
{of personal property} of this Court rendered on the 20th day of Jany,
1896, of the personal property belonging to said
estate, as set forth and decscribed in said report,
and the Court having examined said report,
and being satisfied from the allegations contained
therein, and from other good and sufficient
evidence, that said sale was duly advertised
according to law, was fairly conducted, and that all
the proceedings pertaining thereto were conducted
in Strict accordance with the requirements of
law and the said order of Court, and that the
terms of said sale were fully complied with;
it is therefore ordered that the report be
approved and recorded and that the said sale
be and the same is hereby confirmed.
