After the adjournment of the
Board of Trustees of the University
of the South, the newly elected
Executive Committee met, the
Rt. Rev. Bishops Otey, Polk & El-
liot. Rev. Dv. Pise & Messr. Fair-
banks & Rutledge being present.

The Bishop of Tennessee in
the Chair, the Rev. D. Pise. was
elected Secretary.
