the highest admiration for the
perfection of style exhibited
in the plans offered by Mr
Lee, ^& the grt. merit & convenient arrangment of those by Mr. Wharton, & see in several of the
others, plans many points of
great excellence, the ma-
jority of the Committee deem
the plans of Mr. Anderson
most in accordance with the designs & purposes of the
proposed University.
