Ran into Villers Brett-oneux and purchased 12.50 francs cigarettes. Returned back at noon. Played cards during afternoon. Australian mail in 3 from home & photo.

Thursday 14.
Went into Villers during morning. Returned at dinner time. Spent afternoon playing cards. Went in again to Villers to see Boxing Tournament. Sgt Cotters Sgt Whitfield Cpl Watterson blown up by shell.
