Sir,
I do myself the honor of reporting for His Excellency's information that the Ship "City of Edinburgh" Commenced this morning receiving the Cargo that she is to Convey from hence to Moreton Bay. -
Every exertion will be used to dispatch her as early as possible, and I hope that on monday [sic] night, or tuesday [sic] at furtherest, all the Provisions and Stores will be shipped. -

with the Master only twenty four Working days are Allowed during the whole of the time the Vessel is in the Service of Government, for loading and unloading both here and at Moreton Bay. I would, therefore, beg leave to point out the necessity of having the Prisoners embarked as soon after Monday morning as may be practicable. -
